Tedy.4350 (3) is a memory-resident virus that infects .com and .exe files. It uses encryption for its virus code and contains code which allows the virus to change itself during each infection. The virus infects .com and .exe files during directory searches from an MS-DOS prompt (for example, dir c:\*.*). The file size of infected files is increased by 4350 bytes. If the date is November 12, the virus drops a program onto the Master Boot Record (MBR) of the hard disk.
