W32.Giwin.gen is a simple virus that copies itself to the root of drive C, C:\Windows, and C:\Windows\System as Setup32.exe. It also creates 50 copies of itself in each of these locations as _##_.exe, where ## is a number between 1 and 50.

This virus also copies itself to the floppy disk if one is present in the floppy disk drive.
