W32.Pet_Tick.AC@mm is a mass-mailing worm. When it is executed, it drops the files eBase64.exe and eBase64.vbs files in the \System folder. It uses Microsoft Outlook and mIRC to spread. It attempts to terminate and delete various security programs.
