W32.HLLP.VB.14336.C is a simple worm that spreads by initiating file transfers of its executable to any user that triggers an event on the compromised user's system (ie. a user signing on or initiating a chat request).
This worm is written to check for MSN Messenger installations in the default location on Swedish versions of Windows.
