W32.Litar.Worm is a mass-mailing .NET Framework worm that sends itself to all addresses in the Microsoft Outlook Address Book. It is written in the Microsoft Visual Basic (VB) programming language. The email message has the following characteristics:

Subject: Hi! <name of recipient>!
Attachment: RoseGarden.exe

NOTE: The worm cannot function and will not spread if .NET Framework is not installed.
