W32.Frethem.R is a member of W32.Frethem family. Like all other variants of this family, it is written in the Microsoft C/C++ programming language and is compressed using UPX and PE-Pack. This variant has backdoor capabilities that allow it to send itself through email, depending on the commands that the hacker uses. The subject, message, and attachment may vary.
