W32.HLLW.Stiq is a worm that uses Microsoft Outlook and mIRC to attempt to spread itself. However, due to a bug in the code, the attempt to spread will fail.

The worm deletes the data files for some antivirus programs. It is written in Microsoft Visual Basic version 6.

NOTE: Definitions dated prior to January 6, 2003 may detect this as Bloodhound.W32.VBWORM.
