W97M.Grouch is a Microsoft Word 97 macro virus that infects Microsoft Word documents and templates. This virus also sends the infected documents to some shared folders.
As part of the W97M.Grouch routine, W97M.Grouch drops the VBS.Grouch@mm virus.
W97M.Grouch is executed when an infected document is opened.
