W32.Perenast.15773.int is an intended virus that attempts to infect the Windows Portable Executable (PE) files. This threat is written in the Microsoft Visual C language and also has some hand-optimized machine code.

NOTE: Symantec Security Response was not able to reproduce the replication behavior of this virus during testing in the antivirus lab. However, the threat contains code designed to spread itself starting from the root folder of all the drives.
