W32.Danvee@mm is a mass-mailing worm that uses Microsoft Outlook. The email will have the following characteristics:
Subject: Your free yahoo account and file!
Attachment: <worm file>

The name of the attachment is not static, it could be anything. One example seen is crock.exe. The file extension will likely be .exe.

W32.Danvee@mm has the same icon as Yahoo! Messenger: When the worm is executed, it will display a message box with this icon and the title, "Connect to everything in Y!". It will also attempt to terminate the processes of various security programs, including antivirus softare.

W32.Danvee@mm is written in Microsoft Visual Basic and is packed with UPX.
