W32.Mylife.N@mm is a mass-mailing worm that sends itself to all the contacts in the Microsoft Outlook address book. The email is in one of the following formats:

Subject: Old Shakira
Attachment: Shakira_1997_part_1_.Mpeg_.scr

or:

Subject: Fw: Julia Roberts
Attachment: Julia_Roberts_*******_toilet.Mpeg_.scr [name censored]

Depending on the time of day, this worm may also attempt to delete certain files.
