Backdoor.WinShell.50.b is a server program that allows unauthorized access to an infected computer. This Trojan Horse is a variant of Backdoor.WinShell.50. The Backdoor uses port 39581 to communicate with it client(s). This threat is usually double-packed.

The original Backdoor.WinShell.50, with Trojan.Stealther.B, is associated with the Microsoft DCOM RPC vulnerability exploit.
