W32.Neroma.B@mm is a mass-mailing worm that uses Microsoft Outlook to send itself to all the contacts in the Outlook Address Book.
The email has the following characteristics:

Subject: Time to 911!
Message: Hi, Nice butt!
Attachment: 119.gif

Note: While the attachment name is displayed as 119.gif, the attachment is actually the original file name of the worm. This is accomplished by modifying the label of the attachment in an attempt to deceive the recipient.

This threat is written in Microsoft Visual Basic (VB) and is UPX-packed.
