W32.Gluber@mm is a mass-mailing worm. It uses its own SMTP engine to spread to email addresses it finds in the files on your computer.

The message has the following format:

Subject:  For World of Peace!
Attachment: bglr32.exe
From: Baath <baath@iraq.com>

This worm uses the Incorrect Mime Header vulnerability, described in http://www.microsoft.com/technet/security/bulletin/MS01-020.asp, to automatically execute the attachment when the message is opened.
