The installation path of Spyware.HomeKeyLogger is configurable. The default is %Program Files%\HomeKeyLogger.
When Spyware.HomeKeyLogger runs, it does the following:
- Creates the registry key:
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\HomeKeyLogger
- Records keystrokes and other activities to the file KeyLog.txt. This file is located in the spyware's installation folder.
