Bloodhound.Exploit.23 is a heuristic detection for web pages which could contain an embedded executable program disguised as a URL link. In some web browsers, clicking on such a link results in execution of the embedded file. The Opera browser is known to be vulnerable to this attack, Microsoft Internet Explorer is not.



The use of "data" URL's is described in RFC2397.
