Trojan.Hexem is a malicious PNG file that exploits the Microsoft MSN Messenger/Windows Messenger PNG Buffer Overflow Vulnerability (described in Microsoft Security Bulletin MS02-066). This causes a remote executable to be downloaded and executed on the compromised computer.
