VBS.Soraci.B is a virus that infects .htm, .html, .htt and .asp files. The virus exploits the Microsoft VM ActiveX Component Vulnerability (as described in Microsoft Security Bulletin MS00-075) and will continuously restart the compromised computer on January 1st.
