RegistryCleanerXP

When the program is executed, it creates the following files:
%SystemDrive%\Documents and Settings\All Users\Desktop\RegistryCleanerXP.lnk %SystemDrive%\Documents and Settings\All Users\Start Menu\Programs\RegistryCleanerXP.lnk %ProgramFiles%\RegistryCleanerXP\RegistryCleanerXP.exe

It also creates the following registry subkeys:
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Uninstall\RegistryCleanerXP
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\RegistryCleanerXP

It then scans the registry and reports a critical error if it finds a reference to a file that it cannot locate.
