Behavior
The program may be installed on the computer by other risks, such as Trojan.Zlob, or may be manually downloaded and installed.

The program reports false or exaggerated system security threats on the computer.





The user is then prompted to pay for a full license of the application in order to remove the errors.





Installation
When the program is executed, it creates the following files:
  • %UserProfile%\Desktop\AntiSpy Pro 2.4.lnk
  • %UserProfile%\Start Menu\Programs\AntiSpy Pro 2.4.lnk
  • %ProgramFiles%\AntiSpyPro\antispypro.db1
  • %ProgramFiles%\AntiSpyPro\antispypro.db2
  • %ProgramFiles%\AntiSpyPro\antispypro.db3
  • %ProgramFiles%\AntiSpyPro\antispypro.db4
  • %ProgramFiles%\AntiSpyPro\antispypro.db5
  • %ProgramFiles%\AntiSpyPro\AntiSpyPro.exe
  • %ProgramFiles%\AntiSpyPro\Uninstall.exe


It also creates the following registry subkeys:
  • HKEY_ALL_USERS\Software\AntiSpy-Pro
  • HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Uninstall\AntiSpy Pro
