Symantec has recently completed the acquisition of Nexland, Inc. Symantec is not, however, affiliated with Nexland S.A. (France). Although Nexland Inc. and Nexland S.A. (France) sold similar products, Symantec only acquired Nexland Inc. Accordingly, Symantec will only provide support to customers who have purchased Nexland Inc. branded products. If the user documentation accompanying your product states that Nexland S.A. (France) is providing you with a licence to use and support for your product, then you are considered to be a Nexland S.A. (France) customer and you will not be entitled to support from Symantec.
