Business Critical Services Covered Products

The following chart identifies by product family, the Symantec Software eligible for coverage under Symantec Business Critical Services (BCS) at the Premier level. Purchase of BCS Premier for a specific product family will entitle the purchaser to BCS Premier for all Symantec Software identified below as part of that product family. Unless otherwise noted, all Product titles will include all available Add-ons, Agents and Options.To obtain support for a suite, unless otherwise noted, support for the corresponding product families must be purchased together. Support for Appliances will be covered by the corresponding software products Product Family.
Capitalized terms not otherwise defined herein shall have the meanings given in the applicable Addendum for Business Critical Services or the certificate setting forth terms and conditions for Business Critical Services Premier, as applicable.
This list of BCS Covered Products may be revised and updated by Symantec from time to time without notice.
