The Support Extensions Program is a suite of new services that have been
designed to meet the changing support needs of customers on older versions
of our software. As such, it extends our current support lifecycle to
provide two new service. They are:

Legacy Support
Legacy Support
provides 24x7 phone support together with access to
currently available content updates, Maintenance Packs and Minor Releases.
In addition, it includes access to future Software Version Upgrades. When
appropriate, Legacy Support also provides the ability to receive software
fixes from Engineering and is available to customers as an alternative to
Partial Support prior to the EOSL (End of Support Life).

Sustaining Support
Sustaining Support is a available to customers after the EOSL (End of
Support Life) and is delivered primarily via email/web. Sustaining Support
provides access our technical support engineers to access currently
available content updates, Maintenance Packs and Minor Releases. In
addition, it includes access to future Software Version Upgrades. Sustaining
Support does not include development of any new modifications to Licensed
Software. Nor will we attempt to reproduce the Problem or escalate issues
through management channels to our engineering resources.
