To cancel you enrollment in the Norton Automatic Renewal Service:

Option 1: Norton Account

• Log on to you Norton Account www.myNortonAccount.com
• Select  "Norton Automatic Renewal Service" on the left-hand navigation  menu  
• Un-check the box next to the product(s) for which  you would like to turn off Norton Automatic Renewal Service  
• Click  the Update button
  
  

Option 2: Online Cancellation Form (you will need your Order Number, Product Activation Key, & Product Serial Number)

• Complete the Norton Ongoing Protection Cancellation Form for each of the products you wish to  opt out of the program.

• Visit www.norton.com/cs
