Utbildningskrediter från Symantec Education

Vad är utbildningskrediter?

1. Hitta Education-erbjudanden med hjälp av kurskatalogen för Symantec Education.
2. När du hittat kurs, datum och plats som passar, klickar du på länken Schema för erbjudandet så läggs kursen till i din kundvagn.
3. En inloggningssida visas. Logga in med hjälp av ditt användarnamn och lösenord för Symantec Education.
   Om du inte har något Symantec Education-konto skapar du ett nytt konto genom att klicka på länken Ny användare.
   Obs! Symantec Education-kontot är inte samma som kontona för Symantec.com och Symantec License Portal
4. När du har läst sidan med villkor går du igenom din beställning. Klicka sedan på bekräftelseknappen längst ned till höger på sidan.
5. Markera rutan Utbildningskrediter på sidan med faktureringsinformation. Då visas fältet Utbildningskrediter.
6. Ange kupongnumret för dina utbildningskrediter och klicka sedan på knappen Gör en beställning.
7. En order-/inlösningsbekräftelsesida visas och du får ett e-postmeddelande med en kursbekräftelse.

eLearning Subscriptions: eLibrary, Tech Center or Web-Based Training

1. Select your eLearning product from the list below.

• Backup Exec Tech Center
• Endpoint Protection Tech Center
• Endpoint Protection Tech Center
• Enterprise Vault Tech Center
• Ghost Solution Suite 2.5 Advanced Skills
• Symantec eLibrary
• Security Awareness Tech Center
• Web-Based Training

2. A login page will appear. Sign in using your Symantec Education username and password.
If you do not have a Symantec Education account, please create a new account by clicking on the "New User" link. The Symantec Education account is different from the Symantec.com or Symantec License Portal accounts

Note: For Web-Based Training you will first see a list of all available courses. Hit the "Schedule" link for your course to access the login page.

3. After the Terms & Conditions page review your order, then click the Confirm button at the bottom right of the page.

4. On the Billing Information page check the "Voucher/Certificate/Serial Number" box, and a "Voucher/Certificate Number" field will appear on the page.

5. Enter your voucher/certificate/serial number, which is located in the middle of the certificate you received (see certificate sample 1 or sample 2) , in the Voucher/Certificate Number field and hit the "Place Order" button.

6. You will see the Order Confirmation page from which you can access your Tech Center or web-based course immediately. You will also receive a redemption confirmation email (see sample email).

To access your eLearning at a later date
Go to http://www.symantec.com/sv/se/business/training/, click on the Login to My Training link on the right column and login. Once logged in, click on the View My Enrollments link on the left navigation bar and click on the "Launch" link for your course.
