Add Or Update Technical Contacts

Subscriptions to Basic support provide two (2) designated contacts per product title. Essential Support provides six (6) designated contacts per product title. Business Critical Services-Remote Product Specialist and Business Critical Services Advanced Access provides six (6) designated contacts per product family. Business Critical Services-Data Center, National and Global provides unlimited designated contacts.

If you want to purchase additional contacts beyond those originally allotted to you, please contact your local reseller.
