On June 4, 2012, Symantec formally announced the product sunset of Symantec Workspace Corporate/Remote. This announcement discontinues the distribution of all versions, editions, and modules of Symantec Workspace Corporate and Remote. All versions of Symantec Workspace Corporate and Symantec Workspace Remote, including any Maintenance Packs and/or patches for each version, in all released languages have been announced to have reached End of Life (EOL). In accordance with Symantec's standard EOL policy we will continue to support you with bug fixes for critical issues until December 2014.

End of Life: As of June 4, 2012, all versions of Symantec Workspace Corporate and Symantec Workspace Remote, including any Maintenance Packs and/or patches for each version, in all released languages will reach their End of Life (EOL).
End of Availability: As of June 4, 2012, licenses Symantec Workspace Corporate and Symantec Workspace Remote will no longer be available for purchase. Customers may continue to purchase renewals for Essential Support or Basic Maintenance contracts until June 4, 2014, provided that the delivery of all support services will be subject to Symantec's end of support policies and processes, and that notwithstanding the duration of a support term, Symantec will cease providing any and all support services as of February 13, 2016.
Limited Support: Provided the customer maintains a current Essential Support or Basic Maintenance contract for the product, Symantec will provide Limited Support for issues at all severity levels until December 4, 2014.
Partial Support: Partial Support begins on December 4, 2014, and will be provided until the End of Support Life on February 13, 2016. Our technical support engineers may provide you with known fixes/patches/workarounds, existing Maintenance Packs, or information from our Technical Knowledge Base in response to your request for assistance.
End of Support Life: As of February 13, 2016, Symantec will cease providing any and all levels of support, whether characterized as Limited Support or Partial Support, for all versions of Symantec Workspace Corporate and Symantec Workspace Remote.
