Education Training Credits
What are Training Credits?
- Find your Education Offering(s) using the Symantec Education course catalog.
- When you find the course, date and location you need, click the "Schedule" link for the offering to add a course to your cart.
- A login page will appear. Sign in using your Symantec Education username and password.
If you do not have a Symantec Education account, please create a new account by clicking on the "New User" link.
Note: The Symantec Education account is different from the Symantec.com or Symantec License Portal accounts.
- After the Terms & Conditions page review your order, then click the Confirm button at the bottom right of the page.
- On the Billing Information page check the "Training Credits" box, and a "Training Credits" field will appear on the page.
- Enter your Training Credits voucher number, then hit the "Place Order" button.
- You will see the Order/Redemption Confirmation page and will receive a course confirmation email.
View available Web-Based Training in the Symantec Education course catalog. When you find the course you need, click the "Schedule" link for the course to add a course to your cart.
