UK Gender Pay Gap Report

In April 2017, the UK Government introduced legislation requiring any organisation in Great Britain with 250 or more employees to publish their gender pay gap (GPG). As an annual requirement, this report gives us an opportunity to see how well we’re living up to our values as a company and our commitment to diversity.

Symantec is guided by a set of high ethical standards which underscore our commitment to building a strong, diverse, and passionate team—a team that stands together to protect our customers like no one else can. It’s not simply about compliance—we owe it to our team members, our customers, and our partners to be champions of diversity, equity, and inclusion.
