CUPERTINO, Calif. - Feb. 8, 2001 – Symantec Corp. (Nasdaq: SYMC), a world leader in Internet security, today announced it will be Webcasting its annual analyst meeting. The meeting is scheduled for Tuesday, Feb. 13, 2001 from 8 a.m. to 1 p.m. PST in San Francisco.
The meeting will include presentations from several Symantec executives including John W. Thompson, chairman, president and CEO; Greg Myers, chief financial officer; Gail Hamilton, senior vice president of the Enterprise Solutions Division; and Dieter Giesbrecht, senior vice president for worldwide sales and marketing. Executives will share information on growth strategies and product plans as well as outline financial expectations for fiscal year 2002.
