Globys Completes Acquisition of VeriSign's Self-Care & Analytics Business Unit
SEATTLE, WA (Marketwire) - Globys, Inc. announced today that it has completed the acquisition of VeriSign, Inc.'s Self-care and Analytics (SC&A) business unit and will take the combined solutions to market as a newly formed company under the name Globys Inc.
As a result of the spin-off from VeriSign, Globys assumes its position as one of the world's leaders in telecom analytics. Its powerful online analytics and reporting solutions help carriers gain the insight they need to drive revenue, reduce churn, and increase profitability over the entire customer lifecycle.
Derek Edwards has managed the business for the past 12 years and will continue in that role as Chief Executive Officer of the newly formed Globys. Globys is retaining many of the employees associated with the business and all of its global customers.
