Symantec's US and Canadian software donation program is powered by TechSoup Global. TechSoup Global, founded in 1987 as CompuMentor, helps nonprofits globally get and use technology to heighten their impact.

International Donation Program
Symantec works with TechSoup Global to deliver software product donations globally. Please visit their partner program page at http://www.techsoupglobal.org/network to see a list of active countries. We are continuously adding countries to our international program, please check back often for updates.

Enterprise and small business product support options are available on our website. Please note that enterprise and small business technical support is not included with your donation, any support will need to be purchased separately.
Application Requirements and Restrictions
Organizations applying to Symantec's Software Donation Program must:
- be of a nonprofit, charitable, tax-exempt status
- have a non-religious primary purpose
- maintain an annual operating budget of less than $10 million USD
Symantec does not donate software to individuals, private foundations, religious organizations (churches, temples, mosques, seminaries, etc.), political organizations or organizations having unlawful discriminatory practices.
Software donations may not be used for fundraisers, raffles or auctions, given to volunteers or nonprofit staff members for personal use, or resold at fundraising events of any kind.
Symantec reserves the right to interpret, apply and administer all aspects of its Software Donation Program.
