  1. add the new licenses
  2. Run to <install directory>\Program Files\Symantec\CCS\Reporting and Analytics\Directory Support Service\Symantec.CSM.LicenseUtil.exe
  3. Browse to add the Symantec Enterprise License Service (ELS) licenses.
  4. Select Add Licenses...
  5. Unzip the file before selecting the license.
  6. Select the latest license slf file.
  7. After the licenses is added the Status: should reflect : The License file PATH is successfully added.
  8. The process is now complete.
