The Account Integrity module, ScreenSaver Timeout check reports "not found". How can this be remedied?
ESM console reports: 'ScreenSaver Timeout not found. The screensaver timeout on the specified user was not found.'
ESM 9 and up, with SU 37 and up, scanning agents on Windows 2003, Windows 2008, Windows 7, Windows Vista, Windows XP.
The ScreenSaver Timeout check examines the registry value located at: 'HKEY_USERS\<DomainUserSID>\Control Panel\Desktop\ScreenSaveTimeOut' or 'HKEY_USERS\<DomainUserSID>\Software\Policies\Microsoft\Windows\Control Panel\Desktop\ScreenSaveTimeOut'. The check compares the value as well as confirms the presence of key for each of the listed users and groups.
If the check is reporting the key not found, confirm that the registry has the key, "HKEY_USERS\<DomainUserSID>\Control Panel\Desktop\ScreenSaveTimeOut" or "HKEY_USERS\<DomainUserSID>\Software\Policies\Microsoft\Windows\Control Panel\Desktop\ScreenSaveTimeOut", present. Additionally, the value set in the registry must be less than the check value set in the Account Integrity module, ScreenSaver Timeout check.
