One of the Senders email is being deleted by Symantec Messaging Gateway. When you find that email in message audit logs, you can see that verdict is "System denied IP" and filter policy is "static delete".
You would like to now as which policy has caused this action.
You are not able to receive some emails from certain senders.
Symantec Messaging Gateway or Symantec Brightmail Gateway.
When connecting Ip is not listed in local bad senders, but another IP which listed in received headers is listed in Local bad senders.
In that case we are not able to reject or delete that email at the connection level. Once we have received that email and we found one of the Ip listed on Local bad senders, and that is why we have deleted that email.
- Please change action for "Local Bad Senders" to "Hold message in Spam Quarantine".
- Release that email to recipient from Spam quarantine.
- Get the full message header information. And make sure that none of these IPs are listed under "Local Bad Senders"
