Profiles not being sent to iOS devices

Technical Solution


Assigned profiles are not sent to iOS devices if signing and encryption is not configured correctly. When specifying a profile to be Signed or Signed and Encrypted, the Signing and Encryption profile must be configured or configured correctly. If it is not, an error will occur and the device will not receive profile updates.


Symantec Mobile Management for Configuration Manager 7.2 SP1


In the Profile Editor, deselect (uncheck) the Sign and Encrypt options in the iOS profile and save the profile.
