When attempting to encrypt external hard drive with PGP WDE feature, you unable to add the user key to the disk using "Add User Key..." button. When you select the user key to add in "Add user key" dialog and enter the passphrase for the external disk, the key is not added to the list of disk users. Same may happen in ADK enabled environment if you are trying to add key located on token.
Symantec Encryption Desktop 10.3.0
PGP Desktop 10.2.x
Microsoft Windows family systems
Both keys have same Additional Decryption Key which already exist on disk drive.

This issue is currently being considered by Symantec Corporation to be addressed in a forthcoming version or Maintenance Pack of the product. The following is a known temporary workaround for the issue until the version/maintenance pack is released:
Enter the name of the key which has ADK in the field next to "Enter the username of email address of a key" sign and press on "Add User Key..." button. When you will enter the passphrase properly, the key will be added to the disk.
