BUG REPORT: Unable to view e-mail sent through Web Messenger when following link received in your personal inbox

When using Web Email Protection (WEP) with Symantec Encryption Management Server (SEMS) (previously PGP Universal Web Messenger) you receive an email from SEMS with the link for new incoming email. When you following this link you see following error message on top of the page: "Message Not Available". But when you logging in to WEP the message is exist in Inbox and displayed properly.

Web Messenger with PGP Universal 3.2.1 MP3 and above
This problem occur due to the case sensitive link used in WEP. Link used to access email in WEP is in different case comparing to email address of external user stored in SEMS database.
This issue is fixed in the following releases:
- Symantec Encryption Management Server 3.3.0 MP2 and above
