When setting up a mobile configuration policy, the checkbox "Sign configuration profile to device" is checked and this policy is saved. Attempts to uncheck and save this setting will fail. Each refresh of this page will continue to display the setting as enabled or "checked".
No errors will be displayed but the policy will continue to be "signed".
Symantec Mobile Management 7.2 SP 2.1
There is a known issue with the policy signing mechanism that prevents a saved and signed policy from being changed. The signing checkbox value will continue to be enabled.
This issue has been resolved in a future release.
As a workaround, disable the policy and create a new policy without enabling the configuration profile signing checkbox.
