Support is requiring information on what version of pcAnywhere Box also refered to as full version as compared to pcAnywhere solution that is integrated to the Symantec managment platform.
Below are the instructions on how to find the versions needed when diagnosing issue with pcAnywhere and working with support.
Launch the full pcAnywhere program and navigate to the Help menu, drop down to the About Symantec pcAnywhere.
The Version number will determine the major version and the build number will determine your service pack level.
TECH148175 has more information on what build numbers relate to the service pack level that is installed.
TECH209317 has the steps to determine what version of pcAnywhere solution is installed if your pcAnywhere was integrated with the Symantec Managment platform rather than the standalone full pcAnywhere.
