Dashboards are quick-reference graphical reports providing role-based information about overall risk and trends across the enterprise. Dashboards include graphs and incident totals representing the contents of various summary and incident list reports.
These reports can be scheduled to be sent to the email addresses listed in the page.
1) Login into DLP console. CLick on Incidents--> All Reports
2) Click on Create Dashboard
3) Enter the details
Name --> Name for the report
Dashboard Description ---> Description of the report
Left and right columns—Dashboards can be configured up to six system reports, private reports. or shared reports.
4) To schedule this report to delievered to email enter the timing , enter the Schedule as required.
Enter the email address in "Send To"
Once configured click on Save
Once Saved , the Dashoard will be saved and be viewed for editing ( if required). As per the schedule the email will be sent to the end user as a report.
This will help the end user quick glance of incidents/information.

but it works on the 11.6 after upgrade was done.
sorry but what i meant on this is send out the graph which is shown in Enforce console to the specific email address. is this possible?

it does not report.
Is there a way to export the reports to a file share, in an effort not to send attachments to several individuals via email distribution?

Thanks to Ken for the suggestion..
That the reports / alerts emailed out will follow the Reports and Alerts setting, and if the setting is not “Send report data with emails?” then it could appear non functioning or broken.

realy nice artical but i expect to explain post report is sent as per scheduled. What previlages will responder get , can he see all incidents which are not pertains to him? if possible please explain.
