If you are at earlier version of DMC (1.0.2), you can upgrade to 1.1.0 using media from here: http://www.symantec.com/business/theme.jsp?themeid=dell_management_console . After upgrading to 1.1.0, you can use the SIM installer to upgrade to 1.1.1 by selecting the DMC 1.1.1 update entry in the product listing.
