Connection information

This component must connect to the SMP platform to retrieve its data.  This is most easily accomplished by using a "Create SMP Credentials" component upstream of the "Get All Locations Component".  The default input values (Global.NotificationServer, Global.NSUsesHTTPS, and Global.NSAuthenticationToken) will then be given the values configured in the Workflow Credentials Manager for the default NS connection.

Component settings

The "fetch Data With" value(s) determines what Location data is returned with the result set.

The "Method Can Return Null" value determines whether a "null" value is an acceptable output of this component.

Use case

Service Request - Delivery Locations

The results of this component may be integrated into a dropdown list in a custom-built workflow form for requesting hardware.  A location may be selected from the list to indicate the location for item delivery.
