This component may be used to retrieve any associated assets for an SMP User.
This component must connect to the SMP platform to retrieve its data. This is most easily accomplished by using a "Create SMP Credentials" component upstream of the "Get Assets For User By Id Component". The default input values (Global.NotificationServer, Global.NSUsesHTTPS, and Global.NSAuthenticationToken) will then be given the values configured in the Workflow Credentials Manager for the default NS connection.
The input value "User" requires the data type listed in the "Input values" table above. This data can be obtained by using components upstream such as "Get Resource for SMP" (configured with the Resource Type of "User"). The results of this component will be properly structured to present as a valid datatype to the input of the "Get Assets" component.
The "Method Can Return Null" value determines whether a "null" value is an acceptable output of this component.
Service Ticket
This component can be used to retrieve a list of assets for a user. That list may then be displayed on a service ticket for a user to identify which of their assets should be associated with the service ticket.
