Problem Situation: A job like deploy disk image has been assigned to a group of clients or even all clients of the environment by mistake. Is there a way to stop the dispatching of the job? How to terminate this job execution?
You can try this safe way to stop this job:
1. Unplug the network cable if possible or disable the network card in the system settings of the server.
2. Stop all PXE services on the DS Server: Altiris PXE Config Helper Altiris PXE Manager Altiris PXE MTFTP Altiris PXE Server
4. Select the job in the Deployment Console. Right click on the job and select Delete to stop\erase the job execution.
5. Restore network connection (plug the network cable or enable the network card again.)
