You can configure and align AppmgrGUI tabs based on your need by using the variable GUI_LOWER_PANES. By default AppmgrGUI shows 4 tabs namely, Active Application, My Applications, Advanced Settings and Configuration.
If you want to HIDE certain tabs and change the ordering of the tabs in GUI set the below value in the AppstreamCfg.txt file and restart AppmgrGUI alone by closing and launching it again from Start Menu | Programs
GUI_LOWER_PANES = ACTIVE;PACKAGES
; This will display only the Active Application and My Application tabs
GUI_LOWER_PANES = PACKAGES;ACTIVE;CONFIG
;This will display My Applications, Active Application and Configuration tab and set My Application as first tab
