Workflow and ServiceDesk Community

I try to keep the Workflow page up to date with Articles on new features for both WF and SD, it's quicker to do than a video, but SMYC might do videos in the future, but given none have been done in a number of years I'm not sure you will get any, might be worth raising it as an Idea,

Please post a video -or several- presenting main features of 8.5. There are no presentations or videos available to show new clients or make a presentation to prepare a migration from 8.1
