Dear PGP,
I followed your instruction to try to re-boot my mac book pro. I turned on the laptop while pressing option key and choose the inserted recovery CD. I then entered passphrase which led me to a PGP window asking whether to decrypt or enter any key. I pressed space bar and am asked to enter passphrase one more time. After I entered the passphrase for the second time, it leads back to the same screen that would show up when I turned the power on without any recovery CD in it. Please help me figure out how I can get my laptop back. I have not been able to have an access to my laptop for a week now. Thank you, Miwa
