Symantec has confirmed that following things. , "We can not restrict the cleanwipe to be run or set any password." "Cleanwipe ulitily is publicly available. So we need to restrict the usage of Cleanwipe in the environment , by any master password or any montioring option from SEPM. becuase we dont have control on the machines where cleanwipe is getting used for uninstallation.
