During workflow process development we are doing a lot of project publications and tests that make us sometimes get into trouble because of forgetting to change some important parameters in project configuration. To make diagnostics of such problems a bit easier I've prepared special ASP.NET form gathering in one place the most important attributes from different files that published process is composed of.
It's second handy function is the button allowing to restart a process web application - it calls a special method from SWS library that writes single space to application's web.config file.
How to use it?
Extract file TechForm7EN.aspx from the zip archive and place it into application source folder (base directory for IIS application). Now it can be viewed in web browser just as WorkflowManagement.aspx page using localhost in URL, e.g.: http://localhost/<AppName>/TechForm7EN.aspx
I didn't test calling it by URL containing normal IP or DNS name and using authentication but I think it should also be possible.
The form has been prepared for workflow projects - I didn't test it with other project types.
Of course this form can be easily adapted to specific requirements (other attributes, other files).
